At Lambda Motorsport, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our Refunds & Exchanges Policy below.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any defects, damages, or incorrect items. Contact us right away so we can address the issue. If there is visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, please make a note with the shipping company. Failure to do so implies that the product was received without any issues from the shipping company. All products are inspected before being shipped to customers.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. The return request must be made within [30] days of receiving the item.
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:
- Electronic parts (ECU's, sensors, gauges, etc.) & Lighting Products
- Engine Internal Parts
- Engine Shortblocks & Longblocks
- Wheel Spacers
- Mounted Wheel & Tire Packages
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or Final Sale items including all items from our Used Parts catalogue
- Opened or Used items, unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@lambdamotorsport.com. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item via email.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process the return or exchange within [7-10] business days. If the return is approved, We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, as appropriate. If the replacement item for an exchange is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [5-7] business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be considered abandoned. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our location.
